★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there & found it was taken over by a Malay Stall. after asking around one old lady selling coconut was kind enough to direct me to the exact location. yes the friendly lady with the towel around her neck told me shifted here 6 years ago! she was closing up at 3.30pm so told me to come back another. it was one of favourite eating haunt in early 70s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home cooked styled pan mee in KL. The aunty roll the dough by using glass bottle. The soup is mild without anchovies like many others. Pan mee is smooth and chewy. Delicious and value for money.
The fish balls and fruit rojak are average. May take it as snack/ finger foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bumped into this hole-in-a-wall stall sandwiched in a back alley. Overlooking hygiene and heat, I braved and tried their tauhu bakar (by the rojak stall).
It was surprisingly delicious, with a crispy exterior from the tofu, stuffed with quite a lot of vegetable filling (cucumber and tauge), slathered with brown rojak sauce. Chili sauce went pretty well w it too.
Boss is friendly and also offers TNG transfers.
It seems the main catch here is the handmade pan mee which i was too full for at that time. An old lady was seen making the pan mee on the spot, which is a rare sight, if any at all. Also spotted is a ho-chiak logo above her, suggesting some legitimacy perhaps?
