โ โ โ โ โ For a store that sells thousands for a bag, the service for treating walk in customers are very poor. Do not go if you are not a VIP or know someone there. You wait for hours to get in eventhough you have already reserved the bag that you want and told them we just want to pay and leave.
It's meant for the rich and famous. Either that or you know someone in there.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a lv bag altho we are welcomed & assisted but the SA keep looking at his phone , working while playing phone kinda rude. And he didnโt bother to communicate more. Should improve on this.

โ โ โ โ โ Were assisted so professionally by the LV store SA in KLCC, but here in Starhill was terrible. The lady that attended us was really rude and not attentive at all. At some point she was on her phone and worst thing was, she was grumbling when we asked her questions (imagine how loud her grambling was with the mask on and few of us could hear it + crowded situation in the store). Eventhough we bought the bag, she still showing such a bad attitude. I was filling up the contact information on the phone that she gave, while doing it, she snatched back the phone rudely without even excuse herself or at least show some coutersy to ask if Iโve done doing it? The SA really needs to work on her attitude problem.

โ โ โ โ โ Was attended by a very rude male staff. He was on his phone all the time while attending us. Answers our questions with no eye contact at all, his eyes were on the phone at all time! I don't ask to be treated like a king, just make us feel welcomed is more than enough. Will never come to this outlet again. Left the place immediately and bought a handbag for my wife from LV in The Gardens Mall.
