โ โ โ โ โ Pros: Location, location, location. Right smack in the middle of the golden triangle KL, access to shopping malls is all around. Comfortable bed and clean ambiance. Large TV, clean towels.
Cons: Pricey, yet the selections of toiletries weren't good just simple ones made in China. Half bathtub. Mini bar snacks or drinks were none in the fridge. In room coffee and tea was the usual ones and not any of the fancy brands. Parking wasn't free, has to be paid by us at the auto pay machines! We had to wait 3 hours to get our rooms during check-in, ridiculous! Could have been a better experience with such a big brand name for a 5 star hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Comfortable rooms and good service. Very good location that is close to shopping outlets and eateries.
Limited options for in room dining. Delicious nevertheless. Fast internet.
Swimming pool uses slates that is very slippery. Saw a fellow customer slipped and fell while stepping out from the pool.

โ โ โ โ โ Attended wedding banquet at the hall here. Food considerably better than most hotel style wedding food. Excellent service.
Could improve on the parking management at the lobby area though as a missed turn could cause you getting stuck in a jam. Perhaps more signage would be helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Today, I attempted my sonโs school event and everything was moving smoothly until the dinner time. Mine and my sonโs friends family did not get our main dish that we had made sure beforehand. We were looking really forward to it but I did not expect this level of management from them. They had arranged our seating but then they could not confirm our orders which is odd and can be solved easily by putting the food cards on the designated reservations. I hope the hotel staff understand their mistake and make proper arrangements to fix this. I would not recommend to arrange an event if proper management is not practiced!

โ โ โ โ โ Prime location, the Beverly Hills of KL, like with many hotels only now starting to open up again after lock down restrictions, staff were excellent working super long hours and always smiling and happy to say hello. Overall I was happy with my stay, having excellent shopping and foot eateries close by made my stay better. Sad the executive lounge was closed but the downstairs bar had a happy hour from 6 to 8 and was happy to say we drank the bar dry.

โ โ โ โ โ A very good hotel located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The basement parking provided was ample although it can be a quite tight for larger vehicles. The lobby was located at the ground floor and we had to pass several boutiques such as Louis Vuitton before reaching the receptionist. Although the lobby were crowded with the hotel guest checking in and out, our check-in experience was made easy with their meet-and-greet relationship manager. We had a buffet dinner at Shook restaurant located inside the hotel. The food was scrumptious and tasty. The breakfast also were tastier as it got sent to our room. Overall, the stay experience in this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ A pleasure to be back at JW Marriott KL. The hospitality is awesome especially the front desk team. My room was upgraded with connecting rooms, extra breakfast for my kids, the friendly faces whenever we walk around and just a few to make our stay perfect.
A good spot to stay if you plan to move around, shop and eat in city center. Pavilion, Lot 10 and other malls are just within walking distance.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are friendly and helpful. Upon check in, our room was being upgraded to Executive King Deluxe. The room was quite spacious, equipped with Japanese style bathtub. But the pillows provided were not really comfortable. Dinner included (4-course meal) especially Green Curry Fish was very delicious. However, the variety for breakfast was quite limited as compared to others 5 star hotel.
