โ โ โ โ โ My timepiece was not working and need to send over for servicing. Just to get this watch of mine service is like hoping for a miracle. Created the online appointment twice, and no one from AP called to confirm the appointment, whereas the email I received says someone will call.
Had no choice so went to AP at Starhill directly and guessed what, me and my wife were chased away because we didn't make any appointment. I ask whether can make an adhoc appointment because we came all the way here and we don't mind waiting. The answer I got was the system is down, and I have to write my name down on a piece of paper and again was told someone will call. Guess what, until today no one calls. AP, you have really brought customer service to its highest class of perfection. Now that I have a non working timepiece, what should I do with it?

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor experience with this boutique. Placed my watch here for battery change. After 2 months, no one follow up, no update, no news at all. Call outlet, no one pick up the calls. Came to the outlet, no appointments can not assist. After informing of the situation, asked to leave the collection letter and wait outside. While the people here are generally friendly, but I am surprised with the lack of awareness of customersโ experience in such reputable brand boutique

โ โ โ โ โ Nowadays, no matter what the industry, customer service has become a major differentiating factor and could greatly affect a buyer's experience. Mine was exceptionally pleasant because of Mr. Renard, not only was he amiable, informative and dedicated, he really made my whole experiment with AP remarkable.
The day I collected my timepiece, I was attended by Peter at the Starhill AP boutique. It was a busy day for him but he was still pleasing and welcoming, ensuring that my time there was truly wonderful. I would have to say the AP team represents among the highest level of customer service I have experienced from the beginning to the end.
