Even asking for help also not listening given wrong size, with black face. Definitely won't come back this branch again!

The only reason they have one star is because the minimum I could give is 1 star. My gf need to try on one of the dress and looking for the right size. We walked to the fitting room asking for size, TWO staff in front of the fitting room laughing and talking to each other (of course they are folding clothes at the same time, but feels like 60% working, 40% talking) point us to the cashier "check with the cashier" and they continue with their story. Fine, go to cashier, there are only one cashier and we are 3rd in the line. Never mind, we wait, cashier is slow, customer is a bit demanding (I don't blame them), few minutes later, finally it's out turn, checking for size... "sorry we do not have the size you want"....

First of all, who the hell would need to check for size with the cashier??! And why the TWO staff have time hehehaha there and not helping the customer???!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had encountered a very unpleasant experience on 02/12/2021 around 8.30 pm at your boutique at 1 Utama.
During my visit, a Chinese sales girl and Malay sales girl were very busy arranging the clothes at that time. When I approached the Chinese sales girl whether there is any short sleeve clothes available, she coldly replied me that she is very busy now and unable to serve me. Then I asked her about the clothes that she is holding at that moment, she replied me that the clothes is for tomorrow new arrival and coldly walked away.
Please kindly hire more staff and train the staff since this kind of attitude should not have for service line.
