★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff extremely rude.All bad mood,maybe got scolded by boss or something.Shouting at customer until being looked at.Bad manners.Will never go back again with this kind of poor customer service.Don't work in a clothing store if you don't know how to greet people and be friendly to customer.Find a proper job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking at the clothes in monki and one very rude staff(young ,petite Chinese girl wearing a beige two piece set) chased us away from the clothing rack because she wanted to take a picture of the clothes. We observed and saw that she did the same to other customers as well. Very disappointed with this rude behaviour. Monki was one of my favourite stores but not anymore after this terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was this one staff in Monki, short Chinese girl that was very rude to my friend and I when we were looking at the clothes. She move her hand to chase us away because she wanted to take a picture. She did the same to other customers too while they were looking at clothes. She is very rude and has bad customer service. We were going to shop for clothes but we were turned off and didn’t feel like shopping there anymore. Please do something about it or you will continue losing customers due to this poor customer service.
