โ โ โ โ โ 3rd time visiting this clinic and honest opinion this clinic is very good in their medicines ? ? , however their should increase their service cox have to wait for almost 2hours sometimes and call appointment not valid .
Apart from all that thing still people finding and able to queue up cox of their medications, ny dog always get perfectly alrite after going to this clinic . The dr and staff all are so knowledgeable

โ โ โ โ โ The charge is reasonable. The doctor is helpful, answering questions but quite too simple and maybe quite in a rush. Maybe because of busy and in a rush as it is nearing closing for rest time.

โ โ โ โ โ I spayed my dog here. She weighted 10kg and the price also rm300. Very friendly staffs. Got my 2nd appointment for spaying another dog.

โ โ โ โ โ This vet is the best in SP town even with all its flaws. The place is small and lacked in staff which is a recipe for disaster because their business is good.
Sometimes, you have to wait outside for a while because no one is opening the doors for you to enter but some helpful customer may lend a hand. You will notice there are usually a lot of customers waiting and we waited almost an hour just to bring our pet for checking.
The problem with this place(and many other vets around here) is the lack of proper equipments. For starters, the place does not have x-ray equipment so injuries involving broken bones will prove to be problematic.
There is also only 1 person here with experience to operate animals so the waiting time may be unpredictable at times. Skill-wise unfortunately, she is only good in treating normal animals (dogs, cats etc..) while reptiles and other unique pets are out of her range of expertise. I had brought a reptile pet to see her before and there was nothing she could do. Honestly, there arenโt really any good vets in SP and many other states due to differences in technology standard between Malaysia and foreign countries.
With all that has been said, it is obvious that service isnโt very efficient here but the staffs did their best and tried to be friendly to the customers.
Also, the price of surgeries and medicines are not cheap in this place. But that shouldnโt stop animal lovers from bringing in their pets for a visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Service that I got here was superb by them. We were assist by the young male staff. He explained everything very well and very polite with his voice. Anyways you don't have to book an appointment if you would like to come here as you just need to walk in to the shop. But it is still recommended to call in advance and ask the staff. Everything was fine and fast here (I just came to vaccinate my cat) and thankyou for the top notch services

โ โ โ โ โ Before we were not regular at this clinic. The place is a bit disorganized, although this has improved a lot with the addition of new staff. This vet is considerate, has very good skills and experience, she is quick in taking in and understanding the situation. We had a very urgent and difficult situation with one of our cats. Because of the urgency she was willing to help during her lunch break, which meant a lot to us. The experience with other vets in the area are so-so to just 'bad'. This vet is without doubt the best around SP. Since she does not work with a appointment-system, in urgent situations you can go here. We will not go to any other vet anymore. Because she seems to be the only vet in the clinic, more customers affect the clinic's availability (solve the no phone pickup and sometimes unavailability of a vet). I hope she'll find someone that can manage the place well, and take away that pressure of the doctor. I'm sure with some good staff members, this clinic can have a lot of business.
