โ โ โ โ โ Good veterinary clinic. Sent my pit bull here from Windsor Simpang Ampat for parvo virus in November end. Already one month and he is fully ok now. I want to thank you to Dr Shibu and the nurse Dhivan very take care my boy when I always come. The receptionist Mena also from begining until discharge very good and always reply boy situation when i call or come. Very thank you for save my boy life.

โ โ โ โ โ Windsor is like my second home already. Almost everyday I go there for treatment and my experience is only positive. A very special thank you goes to Dr Shibu for his expertise. Always thinking out of the box and looking for a treatment to safe the pets life whatever it takes. I have been sent away from another clinic with two cats to die But Windsor didnโt give up on them and helped my cat recover from FIP and saved the life of my cat with kidney failure. They helped so many times with my foster cats and emergencies. They are always very friendly and compassionate. They take their time to talk to me when I am very sad and worried and answer all my questions to make me feel better and secure. I have never experienced any rudeness or negativity in the clinic. The opposite is the case. Especially Mina is very sweet and caring and always takes her time and is very friendly. She comforted me many times when my pet was in a dying state. She also checks on every pet thatโs coming into the clinic if itโs an emergency or not. Talks to them and makes them feel comfortable and safe. Windsor is definitely the clinic to go to!

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my cat on Saturday night. He was not eating well on the whole day and we were concerned. Doc informed that he was having fever, mild jaundice and viral infection. Admitted him to get drips and medication. Sunday morning I get call that my cat is dead.
He was just unwell and not DYING!
Doc unable to explain the cause of death. Fever went down during the night. Blood test shows all are good. But yet he died.
My family is distraught over this. My cat is a good cat. He was just unwell. But he died here.
When I came to claim his body, the IV drip was still strapped to his dead body. Why was it not removed?
While the doc was really helpful and professional, reading through most of the reviews here, there are too many incidents of sudden deaths of pets reported.
Try not to admit your pets here unless it is absolutely necessary.

โ โ โ โ โ Really really professional, and not at all cut-throats! Their service was amazing.
Our beloved family Daschund was unwell, and needed treatment. She was admitted in the hospital for 3 nights, in which I noticed how professional they were. Their staff are really compassionate about the animals. They ensure that the dogs and cats are well fed, take time to listen to your woes and fears, and are reasonable.
I myself am a doctor, and noticing how they handle their patients gave me assurance of their service.
When I expected the bill to be a bomb, it was in fact really affordable. The doctors and staff in Windsor hospital are not here to gut you of your money. Theyโre really passionate about what they do.
Iโd recommend them anytime.

โ โ โ โ โ 3 star for dr nawati n her assistant only..the receptionist indian are very rude when talking..no manner at all..saya try call untk admit kucing balik but the tone that she use very rude she not suppose to be at the front ,as a front desk she must use a manner tone to a customer the bill is not cheap,i payy okey!!other is good except she..

โ โ โ โ โ My dog named Lucky had status epilepticus.. it happened at night and my husband and i had to rushed down from Ipoh as there is no 24 hours vet or animal hospital available there. If not for Dr. Shibu and team, she would not have survived. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for attending to my Lucky and willing to give her a second chance in life! Lucky was hospitalised for at least 6 days, almost died but because of Dr. Shibu and team, she is now alive and well. Really grateful and thankful to you all.. ????
P.s. they even kept dogs and cats abandoned by their owners in their clinic.. i think that by itself shows how warm hearted the vets are in this hospital. ??

โ โ โ โ โ Kind hospital provides spay program at lower prices. Best part is they stick a good transparent dressing which stays on wound for many days, prevent cat licking on wounds. Some other hospital only put normal gauze n plaster, easily removed by cat within a day. Kudos windsor. Highly recommended for spaying cat
