★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of accessories. Staff here are always helpful and willing to give suggestions for what accessories would be matching. The items range from budget buys to higher end products made of sterling silver, gold and precious stones. There are usually standard offers on similar products like 2 for RM20 etc. One of the better accessories stores in this mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service by the cashier. She did a mistake on her own with the credit card payment stuff and insisted customers pay by credit card (which was ridiculous, as the credit card machine was spoiled, shouldn't we customers be allowed to pay by cash)? Risking my card just to pay it was awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. An indian woman was the cashier and she herself made a mistake on the credit card machine. Then, she insisted customers to pay by cash, which breached consumer's rights. Also, her tone of voice was offensive and she even tried to raise her voice to intimidate customers. Lovisa is an Australian brand but becomes ruined in the hands of people like these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Bought a set of accessories. But the worker just wrapped them with a black paper then handed it to me. Did the shop lack of any bag? Really speechless... Never encounter this in any other branches before. Besides, the workers looked like they were playing around, kept laughing and texting on phone.
