★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on Saturday. Short queue. Staffs are well trained and knowledgeable. Gave many suggestions. Offered water as well if needed. The shop itself is spacious. However, stocks are quite limited that there's no new item for some. Need to buy it as it is.

One of their employees, his name is Kelvin Loo was discourteous and dishonest when he spoke to me as an LV’s patron and hence I would like to advise the management of LV to train their staff in an effective and professional fashion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I were there 05/04/22 and get very very bad service, I will never go to there any more.. lady sales really bad even I ask her about perfume but she no answer me, just keep quiet.. when I boring whit her I look for leader there see him can help me find perfume foe me anot but also same, him pretend no listen me, so I ady angry with them , I ask him how can I want buy a thing but sales no talking at all ..? I’m quite.. And come gucci with more good service, at least them know talking..

The bag prices could be premium but you will be surprised to see how they store the totes. The management should look into the staffs that they hire to represent the brand as they don’t have the basic etiquettes which is a shame.
