★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked Lovisa but this experience really bothered me. Lovisa might want to consider training their employees better. Both young girls working at the store today (I didn't get their names) did things that made me uncomfortable.
1. One of the girls tried to hard sell the swarvoski series to me, nothing wrong with that. BUT one of her arguments was, "the ones you've chosen will turn black."
2. At the counter after I've paid and was waiting for my credit card, the other girl asked me, "can i have your email address to send you your receipt?" I told her i wasn't comfortable with that and she was like, "You don't want your receipt?". I told her i i was fine without. In the end she gave me a physical copy.
My main issue is that sellers are always supposed to offer a receipt with no conditions attached. This is outright deceit.
