โ โ โ โ โ Today morning we been visit to ls family clinic and we been welcomed by the front counter service with warm welcome , we are so happy on their service ,where the clinic environment was so calm and clean , The SOP for were followed properly for all patient, still some refuse to follow .GOOD JOB to the ls family staff , keep up the good medical service to provide the best health care service, highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ Felt that staffs are overwhelmed and cranky. We were there to do PCR test and when we asked for the timing of the results, we get many different response from different staff ranging from 24 hours to 48hours. Customer service was prompt through what's app. but the promise was a LIE, said to update by 10pm, called at 1010pm, no response. We were being attended by Shanti. If the lab not able to give the results, at least have the courtesy to call and inform customer! Pls improve your customer service! Disappointing

โ โ โ โ โ Came to the clinic thrice and I WILL NEVER COME TO THE CLINIC EVER AGAIN. .
First visit, Dad came here to get a treatment, doctor promised to give mc but nothing was given by the staff. Called the clinic and they asked to come back to get the mc. Nothing much an issue here though it kinda a hassle for us to go back and forth.
Second visit, came here to get my treatment. Doc promised to give cream but no cream given at the end. Again.
Last visit, came to the clinic by 9am and there was a long queue. So i asked politely to the front desk chinese lady with spectacles if the doctor is already in or not (it is common to ask this considering that there was a long line) which the lady could give a simple answer with a yes or no. But she decided to reply with โkalau doktor takde, buat apa kami buka klinikโ is there a need to be this kind of rude???
1 star for the amazing doctors (hence I came here thrice), but your staffs are really problematic, FIX THAT.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude and terrible receptionist, very bad experience.
Staff called for blood test result collection, my mum prefer Chinese doctor as she canโt understand Malay or English level. Staff asked to come afternoon due to the crowded at morning session and we have confirmed doctor on duty from 8am-5pm
When we arrived 2.30pm the doctor has left clinic due to emergency. So we decided to come another day.
Next day 4pm I called to confirm is Doctor on duty now? Can I come now?
Staff said: Yes, you can come now, walk in will do.
Without any delay quickly I fetch my mum to the clinic, when we arrived is 4.15pm, staff told us Doctor has left.
Understand Doctor is always busy, but Patient also need to arrange their time and transport for doctor visit.

โ โ โ โ โ The clinic is suitable for whole family diagnose because it have advance equipment such as X ray Services, FBC Machine, Ultrasound scanning, Minor Surgery , blood test screening and so on. It really convenient to us. Highly recommended to others.

โ โ โ โ โ Today is 3rd time I came to this clinic. It was all good memories. 1st scan for early pregnancy, 2nd scan for gender reveal, and today for 3rd scan just to make sure my baby is okay.
My respect to the indian lady doc. During gender scan, she really truggle to find my son gender, we took almost 40 to 45 mins in search. She never give up and give good response.
Out of 5 โญ๏ธ rating to that Doc, we give 6 โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ
