I already take a leave today to wait for the delivery and already arrange with Management to allowed any lorry to come in today. Now I've to rearrange with Management again and wait for another day. Wasting time. Bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought mattress via fair before mco. Any inquiries made to the sales person subsequent to sales, took forever for a simple question. A simple reply to coordinate on delivery can take almost a month.
They should work on reverting to customer properly. Thankfully after several follow ups, item reach on time. However they almost messed up my order if i did not reconfirm properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 sets (mattresses + headboards + divans) from this company during an expo in Bukit Jalil back in November 2021. They made the delivery at the 3rd week of December with one of my headboard and divan in soaking wet condition.
I asked to replace the affected units and was given a lead time of 3 weeks. The team (Kelvin Kok, Mr. Chong, and Keat) doesn't seem to communicate or work with each other well, so I myself had to follow up with status update.
At the 3rd week, they ghosted me on WhatsApp refusing to reply with all my messages. In the 4th week, they said they will deliver the replacement units, but only my headboard was delivered, not the divan. I wasted another annual leave just for this, and I have to continue with sleeping on the floor for the 5th week.
If you want to avoid similar unpleasant customer experience, I strongly recommend that you do not shop with this company.
