โ โ โ โ โ Was heading to their showroom at Setia Alam to test out. On the day of visit I tried calling the number several times in the morning without anyone picking up, drove all the way there to see the showroom, but it is not open. Furthermore, called the number provided but no response, again. Someone finally responded to my WhatsApp and was told that they are at Ijok factory and won't make it to the showroom today. And for a good minute of two, did not provide any solution and only told me to come back tomorrow, with no apologies and more justification why my calls were not picked up. Kinda wasted my time and petrol, it's prob a reflection of customer service as well

I would like to give an applause to one of their staff (young Chinese guy) who provided a very good service in explaining the details (even I told him I just wanted to survey) because of his sincere in explaining (no sales pushy) I am comfortable to buy the King Mattress through shoppe. Thank you so much Ecolux! cant wait to receive my King Tilam tomorrow!

Great product quality ???I wanted 2 mattresses to be safely wrapped to ship them to my home country. They used double layers wrap and gave as per export quality wrapping . Truly exceeded my expectations and delighted to recommend them for mattresses.
Hint - pay a visit to the show room to learn more and really feel the quality.
