Upon seeing some nice ones, we immediately felt regretful for my previous purchase of a pair of shoes from another kiosk which wasn't cheap. Instead of buying a pair, we ended up buying 3 there. We are absolutely in love! And the salesperson was helpful and polite. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Keep it up! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store because of a Facebook ad claiming them to be the most comfortable shoes.
I wouldn't know because most of the shoes on display had mold! They were on sale at RM199, not all that cheap.
I asked the store attendant if the shoes will at least be cleaned. He said that nothing can be done and off he went to continue playing on his phone. I tried to contact the company in Singapore via Facebook and nobody reached out to me. Obviously, they don't care.
Please save your time and go elsewhere. I ended up buying shoes from Cole Haan in Pavilion. They're having a closing down sale and got a pair of black heels at RM240. Cole Haan gave me no mold and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the advert on Instagram as the world’s most comfortable shoe. I decided to give it a try. I ordered one pair and true enough it is really comfortable! albeit the cutting of the shoe is a little big for me. I ordered my usual size but maybe because the front is more rounded I can purchase one size smaller. No worries because I put a gel padding at the front to fix this issue. But comfort wise really really nice. After that I ordered another pair one size smaller and now waiting for it to arrive. The first pair that I ordered was out of stock and pic responded to me via watsapp to choose another shoe and they were priced more than the one I initially purchased. Friendly and helpful person on the Watsapp. I’m considering visiting the actual store soon so that it is easier to find the right fit for high heeled shoes. The ones I purchased online are flats and it’s ok if it is a little roomy. But not for high heels, I would prefer trying in the physical store. So happy to find comfortable shoes ?
