β β β β β The prices here are a bit higher than your usual supermarkets, but they have a good amount of stuff here. Food here is great too. Recommend getting their chicken lasagna if available.

β β β β β If you're looking for an alternative supermarket shopping experience that doesn't carry the usual suspects like those found at Jaya Grocer or Village Grocer, then this is the place to be. True to its nature as a Middle Eastern-based retailer, Lulu only sells halal foodstuff. The store does not carry alcoholic beverages, pork-based products or even dog food (only cat food).Β What i really like about this place is the vast array of spices and food produce from the Middle East and Mediterranean that you can't find in many other places. Place is well organised, very clean and not crowded. Ample parking spaces and reasonable pricing too!

β β β β β Huge hypermarket in 1 Shamelin mall LG floor and they sells many home items with many varieties of selections. Besides groceries, they also selling cold food, hot food and even home electrical appliance. You can find many Middle Eastern food and deserts here. Unfortunately you could not find non-halal items here such as alcoholic beverages. Place is well organized and spacious so shopping was pleasant. Price was competitive especially during sales period. Staffs were kind and efficient.

β β β β β A new hypermarket in the klang valley and i believe it's one of four open so far. Beyond a supermarket, for example, you will find white goods for sale here. And a key takeaway for me was the wholesale corner and a money changer. Also had on promotion, a fully imported range of groceries from India. The supermarket range of groceries is as impressive as a tesco or lotus. Prices are comparable. The only drawback is the building - it's very quiet as a lot of shops have closed and the carpark - it's very dark and dingy. And the mall reaks with stale cigarette smoke.

β β β β β First time Iβve been, post pandemic. Not as good as it used to be. Prices have gone up. Frustratingly, many products had no price, and the price checkers were either not there or not working. Wasnβt allowed to use my own shopping bags - they were rolled up and βsealedβ with cable ties. This also meant that βin theoryβ the couldnβt use my own Tupperware for deli items and nuts. I refuse to take their disposable boxes so βthey sneakedβ my shopping bag as soon as I left the Security guard - such a stupid system β¦ Management clearly havenβt thought this ridiculous process through. Overall, not a pleasant or worthwhile experience - Iβll stick to Lotusβs.

β β β β β Overall a disappointment experienced for me. The staff looks like not fit to handle customers. Very hectic management.
The only good thing is the front guard which is kind enough to point me the entrance and smile. Other guard looks like they just have a fighting with their wife.
Please improved your sop regarding handling customer. Train your staff how to give the best service.
Waited for almost 15 minute just for supervisor to come for canceling wrong item code for front customer. Somemore, need to go back and forth for warranty stamps. Not just once but thrice. Seems like they are confused who is the one to gave the stamps.
The price seems average lean to quite bit expensive. This may be my first and last trip here unless management doing something about it.

β β β β β Nice supermarket, it has an almost complete selection of kitchen stuffs. Comfortable to do shopping here, suitable place to bring small kids too. They have many choices of cheese, they also sell middle east sweets. If you love middle east food, they also sell cooked rice , chicken and meats. An ideal place to get your raw and cooked food i would say.
