★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with, I'm expatriate in kl, I always had " concerns" when talking to agents instead of owners, as they make up high rental price to have higher commission, and they forget about you after few days.
Then I met Ms Mabel, very professional and focused agent yet very friendly, with great qualities that make your feel less stressed about renting or buying a property.
She listens to her clients, to understand the tenant needs and concerns. Very helpful and resourceful.
She is the Real Estate "matchmaker " in klang Valley!
One more thing, Ms Mabel is always ON TIME !!! a rare quality on other real estate agents around here
