★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very lucky to have Dih Haw representing us. We would give 7 out of 5 stars honestly, with Dih Haw's hospitality and approach.
The service we received was outstanding. We had some hiccups along the way and Dih Haw went the extra mile of helping us with ceiling fans replacement and inventory management. He also helped sort out tenant's concern when they had some requests with their household goods movement due to scheduling issue with their previous rental. Knowing that we are very close to our neighbors and that we constantly have their safety and welfare in mind, Dih Haw made sure he performs the appropriate due diligence thoroughly. He also offered his name cards to our neighbors in case of any issues or concerns they have.
Dih Haw is humble, trustworthy and sincere. His hospitality is out of this world. My mother is particularly impressed by how meticulous he is in taking care of both the owner and the tenant, even after the deal is done.
We highly recommend Dih Haw of Kith and Kin because - what we thought as just a business transaction instead became a long-term fellowship.

He got me onboard the unit with all the necessary arrangements, documents and advises. Super glad to have him helped me overcome all my uncertainties. A very chill and caring guy, and at the same time handled every rental detail professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony Ong of K&K assisted our family with renting out two units in the Mont Kiara and KL area, in a short period of time which is more impressive considering the ongoing pandemic and the lower tenancy market at this time. He displayed great professionalism and was responsive to all our concerns and requests, and has on several times went out of the way to help us on some tenancy and non-tenancy matters. I would recommend Tony for all property matters.

Very professional and prompt with keeping me up to date with the ongoing of my property.
