They pass all my key sets to my tenant three months go instead of one key set, they can’t get hold of tenant to retrieve in 6 weeks time..., now they lost one of the only pass they had left. There is a leakage in my apt I asked their help to communicate to developer to fix, one month pass by, no one check with developer with leaking continuing. When I ask I am told “I am not paid for that”
I asked their help selling the unit they can’t even send me the right form to sell the unit.
Every single request takes three weeks to get a response.
They were good in finding tenant but after sales management service is Inexistent
