โ โ โ โ โ I've been visited few haircare centres and now finally I found a suitable one for myself after a month treatments in Jonsson Protein Mid Valley branch. Highly recommend to find Ms Perry when you guys plan to pay a visit due to she's very professional, polite and friendly. Importantly she won't be keep pushing for signing package and will explain detailly on what package is most suitable and effective to my scalp. By the way her treatment service is excellent too.

โ โ โ โ โ I should have left this comment years ago but I kept forgetting to do so. Please do not go if you do not wish to be locked in the room with several consultants to convince you to sign packages but if you donโt mind by all means. Iโve signed a package with them ( which I didnโt have hair loss problem I was just going there to redeem the offer we got over the radio ads saying we were the lucky ones and got to enjoy first trial hair care at very low price ( turned out every one who send a text will also become the lucky ones lol ) all of my friends who texted also got called and say they got to redeem as well.
Iโve signed a package with them for 10 times hair care with hair cut too. So initially I thought okay why not since Iโm going to a salon would have cost me 80-100+ for treatment anyway. ( please take note this was after they have forced me to sign after many attempts I just had to give in so they will finally let me out of the room , they even separate you with youfriends in different room so they can just target you one on one, easier that way )
So I thought after signing the package I can enjoy the service peacefully but each month I go back I had to go through the same thing again. They will ask you to sign more packages or take up more services. We went three 3 times and gave up going for the remaining treatment. We were so terrified and mentally exhausted with the never ending persuasion.
My friend told me next time if they use the device to scan your hair sculpt and show you disgusting pictures and showing you how much mites you have. Let me tell you this, donโt freak out and thatโs common.
Go google Demodex mites and they are commonly found in bed or hair follicles. If thatโs all you have and not hair loss issue, spend the money on pest / mites control in the household and invest good quality bed cleaning service instead of this because thatโs the root cause and buying their hair care service will not solve that issue. If they show you a printed A4 of your hair sculpt with demised mites, ask them to scan their hair scalp too and show you OR a ask them to scan your hair sculpt after you have washed your hair to see the difference.

โ โ โ โ โ My hair loss is still in bad condition after 2 years and I'm still paying for 12k treatment cost under instalment. Not worth to go to this centre. The consultants have no intention to service you and only keep pushing you to sign up new packages. I have signed up 4 packages with them in total and hair still dropping. They also keep changing my consultant as they are having high turn over. Almost every time I go also different people to serve since consultant Sam left.
Please do not go!!!! I sincerely do not wish anyone of u get conned like me
