★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial case was attended by Fatin. She was approachable, communicative and clear in her explainations. The service center is systematic too. When it was time for collection, everything went smooth, a different CS attended to me (I dont know his name). However I would have really appreciated it if they were advice of the technical recovery result. Like what was actually defective with the device. Other then that all went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on a week day and gladly there were no crowd at all. I was greeted by a charming longed hair malay guy and he been very helpful in checking on my concern. Thereafter carefully explaining each and every detail in the form.
When I went there to collect the replacement unit. He was the one again rendered his warm assistance on my whole process of collection. He then apologized to me twice for not recognizing me when I'd told him he was the one serving me just a week ago.
I would also like to praise on the super swift service rendered on the replacement unit. We been informed that the replacement unit takes 14 working days to be available but it was like less than a week I had gotten email from Machines to collect it. Awesome! Keep it up!
The entire process of after sales service was awesome. However one improvement that I would like to urge is please pick up the phone. Its not only The Curve service center but all the rest of the Machine service center. I been trying to call in more than 5 times to each different service center but unfortunately no one picks up.
Anyway, overall experience was pleasant. Thanks The Curve Team! Stay safe all!
