★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarantine A3 hall....why on earth do they make announcement at 3am in morning with the hall speakers...expecting them to wake up and come visit the dr or nurse up front. They already assign bed to each patient can't they come to the bed instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dedicated nurses, with empathy, tolerant and wearing smiles that make the patients comfortable. Our heartiest respect and salute to the diligent medical officers. Seeing the frontliners working restlessly around the clock would melt anyone's heart. The non-stop arrival of patients day and night indicates the danger we're in now, 2021. Food is served 3 times a day, breakfast, 7.30am, lunch, 12.30pm, and dinner, 6.00pm. The quality of the food is good. Lunch and dinner are prepared by different caterers that helps to maintain the quality of the food too. The quantity of the food is sufficient for an ordinary adult. Electricity, water and p.a system are well maintain where immediately repaired. The facilities are adequate.
Despite of all the plus points, the system can be upgraded where sometimes the nurses find difficulty locating patients who have shifted to new beds in the same hall. Proper record and easily accessable information are needed to help the restless nurses to locate and identify the patients. The less civic minded patients, who throw rubbish in the toilet sink, below the rubbish bin, toilet and behind the hall need to be educated. Not replacing the chairs after usage behind the hall by irresponsible patients indicates the irresponsible and selfish community nowdays. All these due to the poor education system that had failed to form good, well discipline, uphold high moral values, respecting others and abiding the rule of law citizens. Bravo, to our government that have been spending millions of ringgit to provide good heallth for us by serving 24 hours air conditioned, electricity, water, 3 meals a day, ambulance, coaster services with excellent facilities. We as good citizens must ensure this pandemic of Covid19 ends soon to safeguard our future generations. #KITA JAGA KITA#
