I bought a 5L Olive oil, 2 medium organic extra virgin olive oil and many bottles of mixed nuts (as Christmas gifts) and biscuits.
They are very heavy, I'm unable to carry to car park by myself. One of the lady staff refused to let me borrow Mahnaz trolley, she said boss not allowed to use it to carpark.
She said boss is angry if customer simply use the trolley cos it might get stolen. So i asked if she could assist me to carry some of the purchases to the carpark, which she initially didn't respond. Finally, she reluctantly followed me to the carpark with the trolley
Really disappointed as I'm a regular customer here. Will think twice about going back again! Better to buy bulk gift items from elsewhere with better service.
