★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service. I waited 45 mins for my meal to arrive. Ignorant and inattentive manager and waiter. Understaffed. I got late for my appointment because i was delayed by having lunch here.
Please improve. Food was ok though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a takeaway of a quarter chicken breast and a wing hot flavour with chargrilled vegetables at 4.08pm on 12th May 2022 at the Subang Parade outlet.
I was told that chargrilled vegetables were not available. How about coleslaw? Not available. Salad? Not available.
Decided to order chicken only quarter breast and wing hot flavour.
Such a simple order... how could it go wrong?
When I opened the paper bag at home, there was a quarter chicken but leg and thigh and mild flavoured ... aarrrghhh ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been here for quite some time. Always fond of their designs and service. The food is good and the service is still top notch. Waitress gets to you as soon as possible and they're quite helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete disaster in terms of Customer Service. We ordered food and waited for 30 mins. After they gave us no cutleries and sharing plates. The waitresses are useless. When we ask them something the show their unhappy faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 1/4 chicken and 2 side dish plus drink but only get chicken .. side dish and drink missing ... i order thru grab apps .. already report it to them for refund.. but i hate this experience and this is not what i expect from nandos!

I think service can be improved but generally OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the atmosphere here.. When we came in the morning, only 2 table occupied.. Then during lunch hour started to be packed.. Need to scan QR code at table to order.. Overall, all was good!
