My bf bought for me gold earrings 10+ days before valentines as surprise. On valentines, we thought it was too big for my ear.
So decided to go back here to exchange.
Lady there refused to entertain any exchange policy. The lady there said can only trade in (gold gram less 25%) and the workmanship is forfeited. My bf paid rm70+ just for workmanship (which we all know is profit)
They say can only buy new one. No refund. So i had to get another pair where she again charged me rm40 for "workmanship" and i had to top up.
They really really don't sympathise with customers and I'm NEVER ever returning.
And also, quite limited designs, Poh Kong is so much better.
Made my Valentine's Day feel so terrible thanks to Wah Chan.
