However, they showed less professional when handling Kastam inquiries, and never apologize for their unprofessional action such as to ask customer to ask client to check with Kastam directly on the information which Kastam requested. Besides, they never follow up with customer whether the updated information given to them to the Kastam is it all well and whether the courier has been processed. I hope your team could improve. It causes so much worries and frustrations towards me as the customer.

BUT system never update after hours and hours and hours.....
A courier service business should at least have good attitude and positive way of response. Call no answer, WhatsApp get seen, when finally answered the call, bad attitude of responding.
Some morning open late, some day shutter door close much earlier before 5pm. Some time answer call, sometime just can't reach anyone even during working hours.
All customers are not here just to create bad reviews, we are giving true scenarios of what's happening. And all we need is better solution and improvement.
Don't just look at the good feedback and ignore the Bad one's! Bad feedbacks should be accepted and action should be taken, that's the only way to improve.
