★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of things from the menu was unavailable. Waiting time was 25 minutes, could’ve informed us before we ordered. We could’ve gone to another place.
Ordering and payment was done via their web/portal. Just scan the QR on the table and order + pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All about fried chicken from ala Korean ways. They have 5 types of fried chicken. The attendant explained that on average an individual can take about 5 pieces. This helps to decide how many pieces to order. Not enough is done to distinguish the 5 different flavours. They are stingy with dipping sauce too. It's crispy and its trendy to eat Korean food. It shows the Korean K pop influence in Asia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the food at 7.45pm and after 9pm my food hasn't been served. Asked for refund, then they went to the kitchen and out of sudden my food was ready to be served??? The reason is ' our order has been served to other table which ordered after us '. Plus no apologies at all from the staff for such mistakes. A very bad experience indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having dinner there today, waiting almost 45 minutes for the order, but actually not too much customer there when I had my dinner. When the food prepared and send to our tablw, I'm so shocking with the size of the drumette and wingette. I thought the food quality will be the same since the ingredient are all deliver by central kitchen. BUT oh my god it were too small compared to the size of food I got in other branch of KyoChon. Quite disappointed with KyoChon in I City.
Also, had been waiting at the counter for a long time just to order food for take away. Then end up with a staff that couldn't understand our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlet is seriously understaffed. The waiting time was very long. Luckily the food and drinks were ok. Service is almost non existent as one staff practically one leg kick.
However salute to the only one wait staff for managing to provide decent service and professionally with a smile despite such chaos.
Hope the management is able to look into this as it is very bad and will affect your reputation. Even the riders waiting there for their pick ups were very long and upwards of 40mins and more.

Thank you rider.Its raining that day but he delivered my order on time.Red pepper chicken drumsticks were fried and coated nicely.crispy outside and juicy inside.medium size.fried chicken salad cup was good too.generous with fresh veggies.overall its good but the spicy sauce not that spicy..its bearable for me..
