Don't buy flexi tickets they are not Flexi as they claim they are and weigh your luggage at the weight machines at airport scale spots before going to the AirAsia counter, they trick scales and it will show more weight than the actual weight

For sure will not visit again, bad service i had ever. I went there for emergency to add on 1 child due to emergency reason, i reach there at 7.30pm unfortunatly the customer service said there was close for any transection, it just 7.30pm not at 9pm, there was 3 staff on duty when i reach there, 1 CS with me & another 2 CS very bz watching movie on their mobile, i keep asking them to open counter to make 1 transection emergency for me but the staff still refuse, he give very bad opinion, he ask me tu buy extra ticket for adult to add on with 1 child, what kind of opinion of CS, if i would like to do so i no need to go urgently to get your service, i can do my own. For those staff who did not intersted to work, please give your position to others who in need to make batter service for those in need, that is the function of Customer service counter.

I went to AA's Sales Centre at KL Sentral after receiving a flight cancellation notification via email, hoping to get some help to rebook my flight after having getting absolutely nowhere with the online AVA Customer Service Officer. UNFORTUNATELY, things weren't any better at the Sales Centre as the sales officer had little interest in offering any real help and after a few clicks on her laptop, told me a flight credit request had been submitted and I should wait for a confirmation email from AA. To cut a long story short, I eventually discovered that nothing was actually done at the Sales Centre and I had to resubmit a credit request via AA's website directly. It's an absolute nightmare dealing with AA's sales/customer service staff, both online and in the real world. Air Asia - If you're reading this, I think your staff have become a bit rusty after 2 years of Covid challenges. Please provide some retraining before things deteriorate further.

very bad experience , staff there are very rude especially one chinese Malay girl. They are not trained to handle customers, they are just trained to see system. They don't know how to treat customer , how to resolve problem. They themselves must be frustrated with AirAsia bcz they must be getting so much complain from customers. They should be trained how nicely they have to manage client.

Not recomended! they only listen to complaints but do nothing! if you want to fix it better come to customer service at KLIA2 airport ?

Horrible not responsible air company which can reschedule your ticket 2 times and then delay a flight for more than an hour, then 2 hours, then 3 hours and don’t even show up to explain why!!!! Never book with them as your flight will be a randomizer!!!!

These airasia counter checkin staff need to learn how to respect people and do there job instead of being rude to people and stop behaving so arrogant. They treat like they owing airasia and we had come to ask for a free ticket. Pathetic service . On the checkin counter the lady was very rude , not informative at all due to her i was forced to takeout PCR test where i have run and check where in the airport i can get the PCR test and when found they are charging double the market price where i wasted 470rm because as i took Vaccination and PCR test wasn't required for me but for my child it was necessary for the destination but she asked for both of us due which i had a loss. They were not helpful at all , very rude, as if they are paying us to travel in airasia airlines or i have a free ticket.

waiting time was long because there were only 3 counters open, but the staff who attended to me was really polite and helpful.
