I wouldn't fly with these guys again unless no other option. Flights were disorganised and delayed, ground staff were unpleasant at KLIA. Aircraft from KL to Oman dirty and needing cabin maintenance. Baggage left in Oman despite late departing flight. Food average at best.

Every one should be careful about Oman Air Services. They will charge you for baggage as PC and they write it on ticket that each pc is 23kg. But when you go to the check in counter, they ask you for extra baggage payment. The Oman Air supervisor in KLI A ( Malaysia) is that much rude that say; I don't care about ticket, the passenger should follow KG system, because I say. It's a smart cheating that they are doing.

The Oman air's supervisor at the KLIA airport is very rude. They won't accept the information mentioned in the ticket and instead of helping people, just express their anger with "It is what it is". The information in the Oman air ticket is not correct regarding the baggages. For example, in the baggage section, it has mentioned that the 2 baggages ticket include two baggages of 23 kg. In the counter they just refuse to accept it and rudely bring some funny excuses. Very bad exprience at the beginning of my travel..... . Will never choose this airline again.

This is the worst airway. Service bad, luggage management bad.. I have nthg good to talk about it. Overall experience for Oman... Price is cheaper but cause a lot inconvenience. 1. Flight rescheduled sms 7 hours prior departure (from 8am rescheduled to 12pm). Then, last minute flight cancelled notice thru missed call at midnight 4am. 2. Shifted us to Emirate Airline, but we are not allow to check in until all the passengers has check-in. Made us so rush. 3. Unable to perform web check-in, keep pop up system error (for both check-in at Malaysia and London). 4. Paid for extra luggage for return flight in Malaysia. But in London counter check-in, they claimed that system showed nothing. And the PIC is kind enough to let us go through with the overweight luggage. 5. One of my luggage was sent back to Malaysia by another Airline without prior notice. And wasted time to wait and claim the luggage. More important is when I asked for reason, they just mentioned.. "DON'T KNOW". So irresponsible.

Oman Air Economy Prime is SCAM! We booked economy prime, which was supposed to be fully refundable and flexible. When our itinerary changed and applied for refund, we did not get a penny back. After three months of writing and calling to Oman Air β€œutterly despicable” customer service here is what Oman Air replied β€œWe noted that it has been partially utilized. Based on the calculation of the fare basis on your ticket, the utilized sector value is higher than the remaining sector. Thus, there will be no amount to be refunded.” So, we lost $1,500.00 refund on two tickets.

Non existent customer services. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Originally booked for my family to travel KL to london. Pregnant at the time, they told me to call up to book my new baby on once he arrived. I was originally told it would cost 10% of my adult fare and once booked I could select bassinet seat for my new baby (stated on website too) sounded reasonable enough so I went ahead and paid for our tickets. Now baby has arrived I have found that what I was promised on the phone was not the case. They are trying to charge me 25% of an adult fare to add an infant and told that I can’t book a bassinet in advance. After several complaint forms, Facebook messenger, tweets and phone calls we still have no resolution from Oman air and Nobody seems to have the authority to assist or be held accountable for the incorrect information I was given before my booking If I could have given no stars I would. AVOID.

Never fly with this airline. They are crooked and have never reimbursed my cancelled flights since last March. Customer service is non existent and they don't stop lying to customers while refusing to refund flights which were cancelled by them for fake "operational reasons" while in reality it was just a lack of passengers for this flight.

Website shows offices open but they appear to be closed permanently in Malaysia. I have been trying to get a refund for a cancelled flight now for over 20 months but they have stopped replying.
