In short, she is a great teacher with passion to inspire students to flow with her the yoga for health the TCM way!!

Jae is a thoughtful instructor who puts in a lot of thought into how she presents her classes and her sessions are always so engaging and supportive. Her classes are paced just right so one does not feel overwhelmed. Would definitely recommend Jae’s classes!
