Conveniently located close to exit 6 Cyberjaya and a good 20mins walk to Shaftsbury Square - where you can get all your basic needs from supermarket to restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, post office and even family karaoke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay! Really nice amenities! 2 swimming pools and many more. The management uses an app to book badminton, squash and tennis courts, and other amenities too! Has a very friendly small convenient store that I like. And also a water filter. Love staying here. The place look very posh. The parking is only 2 floors, which is amazing as my previous house in kl had a 7 floor parking which was a headache. Love the place! Will recommend to families and expats. Might be a bit pricy! But totally worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look, this place has an amazing design - they've won awards for it. It caught our eye whenever we drove past. The pools and common areas are really nice - you truly feel shielded from the outside, and surrounded by nature.
However, if you are thinking of purchasing one, please keep in mind a few things. First of all, waterproofing sucks. It really really sucks. Both apartment units and villas have leakage problems that causes unsightly stains on the walls and cracks. The wall damages it caused has been substantial. There was even one unit that partially collapsed. The developer has not done anything amidst complains and even lawyers being involved.
The drainage system is not great, either. Usually the bathrooms would smell bad because of it.
The community is alright. And yes, it does look nice overall. Keep some funds aside to spend doing waterproofing, if you want to purchase a unit. Good luck!
