★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excruciating is the only way to describe my experience with Marcus Evans.
1 Star rating is too high frankly. I paid for the “4th Annual Warehouse Optimisation and Performance Management” professional training in February only to be advised:
“I am pleased to inform you that we are now placing you for PRIORITY WAITING LIST on the above said event. Should there be any placement, we will slot you in or otherwise book you for next program tentatively in September 2017”.
Say what? When querying this I could simply not get a straight answer and wasted a lot of valuable time with an evasive, pushy and unhelpful salesman. Finally I was told I would get a refund – but I am yet to see the money.
If you are looking for professional training – look elsewhere. These guys will waste your time and break their word to you. Using the word “professional” in their offer is way too charitable.
