★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are so slow, so many staff but only 1 counter is serving, manager standing there but do nothing even see long Queue of customers, i waited 15 mins and want to order Ice Milo but not available! Saw the advertisements and want to order fortune burger also not available! What type of fast food restaurant is this?? Service are slow and foods are not available yet place the big advertisements at the counter! I will never patron this store anymore in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first try here and yes i was quite disappointed. Marrybrown always been my favourite fast food but after dine in from this branch, i feel i don't want to come again. The manager/supervisor that day was unfriendly. The way he takes order and his intonation makes me feel 'if you have personal problem don't take it out to the customer' We were asking politely yet he can't even calm and make such a fuss. Moreover, when our order arrived we didn't even get our add on side dishes. I told my friend just eat quickly and get out, don't bother to ask the side dishes since i can predict he will get annoyed and other customers will feel not good to see our argument

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at ground floor and this is the only fast food restaurant in shopping mall....(no KFC or McDonald)....however the service speed is super slow..... took about 10 minutes to serve just 1 customer.... furthermore the service from their staffs are not good.... tables has dirt mark.... food that serve was cold.... NOT recomend this restaurant because there are many delicious food in Ipoh..... should try others restaurant or stall in food court
