β β β β β Still good, even after mco. There is some improvement in waiter serving. Can see some changes very obvious.
Tantan ramen still the best compare to others, at least for me lah. Curry udon still so so. In price worthy, i would choose shoyu ramen instead of curry udon.
Sushi is good, can try kaki mentai sushi. No matter in Mid Valley one or Ipoh Parade one, both sushi tei serve well in kaki mentai sushi. Highly recommend.
People keep talking about the price Sushi Tei set too high, to be honest there is a little bit high but still good compare to other chain store (franchise).
Never try take away. Maybe some one please review about Sushi Tei's take away service?
Clealiness considered above average i guess? Can always compare to other sushi shop in ipoh parade.

β β β β β Food here is decent for the price. Chawn mushi (steamed egg) is good. But dipping sauce for cold noodles has no taste and it needs to improve.

β β β β β I'm not sure abt other branches, but so far this outlet is the best Japanese food in Ipoh. The food is so delicious n appetising. The place is clean n the waiters though are foreign workers are very courteous. I definitely like food restaurant that offer good food as this is d way to do business, sincere to customer n low wastage of food as well???

β β β β β 1. Service: there is one resting room behind the restaurant with no door. Just one cloth to cover the entrance. I sit near there and I smelt a lot of burning smoke from this room. Pls add a solid door or close windows to avoid smoke coming out from that room from outside the building. There is no one in the paying counter when I tried to pay. I think if I ran away no one would chase me. I didn't do it anyway. 2. Taste: I eat in too many Japanese restaurant over the world. I had not taste any vegetables which taste exactly like the Chinese vegetable. This is not how Japanese fry their vegetables. The soyce source it used was the soyce sauce from Chinese restaurant too. That's too bad. If I want Chinese taste I go Chinese restaurant. Pls make sure you know how to make Japanese fried vegetables. It's also the first time I can't finish a plate of Japanese fried vegetables. Really bad. The deep fried thingies I ate was really really salty, I had a big problem trying to finish it. These kind of taste is designed for Malay people, as they prefer more taste more salty etc . The rice wasn't even cook properly. I can cook better rice than this restaurant does. 3. The price: Affordable and reasonable. This is the only reason I give it two stars.

β β β β β The service standard is on the poor side as customer had to wait for almost 1 hour for the food to arrive completely despite there was no crowd in the restaurant. Although some of the food ingredients are out of stock, but the restaurant staff didn't make an initiative to inform us until we approached the staff in charge, after that we had to wait longer for the new order to arrive. The restaurant informed that there was a lack of manpower but I noticed there were lots of staff feeling blur in the kitchen and there was no communication between them. There was an occasion where the staff prepared our order and placed it at the side and no one was there to deliver the food to our table until we approached the manager. The particular staff even yell in the kitchen. This is indeed a disappointing experience and sincerely hope that the management can instill effective management and communication among the staff.
