★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I rushed over to this DIY branch as I’m familiar with the layout thus, easier to find whatever I need. So imagine to my utter dismay and anger that almost ALL SECTIONS had been “cordoned off” with boxes and with signs saying “stock count” whatever. It’s extremely annoying. At least display a sign outside the shop that states the stock take count check whatever instead of customers going in and only finding out almost EVERY SECTION save for the junk food section, and plumbing, is blocked up! And all the staff could do when I asked was say sorry it’s stock count etc THEN DISPLAY IT OUTSIDE YOUR OUTLET! It’s easy enough to!?
DO BETTER, please! ? wasted my time for no reason!
