★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come as visitor. Process nak masuk guard very inconvenience since driver kena turun kereta and walk to the guard house. Inappropriate especially during this Covid season since ramai visitor queue to register at the same time. The guard could just attend to the visitors in the car instead to avoid gathering and too many close contacts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a gated community. Entrance only allowed with permission. It suffers an isolated syndrome but quite self sustained. It has rows of shop houses alongside the residence. It also has a mosque in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For residence and security wise, is a superb. But for visitor is a disaster! Very inconvenient to enter this premise, understood its a safety matters.
But by having an access card for an elevator is just adding up a trouble! Guardhouse should provide the access card to all visitor, not just food delivery rider.
This is just an outskirt residential area, not Bank Negara Malaysia! Moderate security system will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice secure apartment complex. You need a card to go up using the elevators. Residents are friendly. The facilities are cleaned daily. There's a nice little playground, a small soccer and badminton area for kids. There's a plaza next door. A 10 minute walk to 99mart and mamak. Cyber 10 mosque is across the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Rubbish collectors use the common lift to bring down the smelly overloaded rubbish bins... The nasty odor lingers
2. Shoe marks at the lift area and
the staircase, at least at my unit at Block C, 5th floor
3. The management staff are either deaf or handcapped.. Tried calling them a few time's and nobody picked up the phone.
4. The management office wants me to make a police report
when i requested for replacement of a lost access card. They could hv easily disable the list card and issue a new one at a hefty price of RM50 each

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is kind of secluded as surrounding is in development. Please don't drive alone to here at night. No street light, google maps sometimes gives wrong direction, and we accidentally went to blocked path, so scary ???? but the security is thorough. Need to check in for visitors and get pass from the security. So the residence safety is taken care of ?. Plenty parking for visitors. Near got some basic shops ?
