Food wise Luroufan is so-so, nice chicken chop and chongyoubing.

Food is not too bad, fairly authentic. Most of the dishes should give you a decent flavour of Taiwan - recommend you to go for your favourite Taiwanese dishes. There's also a whole variety of drinks which should fulfil what you'd prefer to drink.
However, being too early also means everything in the kitchen is still undergoing preparation. We ordered about 6 different drinks and 6 different dishes. The drinks took about 20 mins and food took up to an hour to be served.
The utensils also weren't washed cleanly and had food substance on it. On this, I think it could definitely be done better.
