β β β β β The old lady staff who attended to me was really rude. I showed her a photo of the bracelet I want to buy. She began to raise her voice and asked me about the size that Iβm looking at. And when I asked her about price, she further raised her voice and sounded very impatient yet I only asked her 2 questions. Even the customers next to me also kept looking at me. I definitely will not return to this place and hope they will look into this matter and train their staffs.

β β β β β Very poor service and not efficient. Everyday open live in facebook to sell their products online. But when whatsapp ask the customer service about order delivery status, they will took months to post out, can't confirm the stock status and when can be post out. I chosen self pick up at this branch but they ask me for extra RM10 postage with reason that MCO the shop is not open, instead SOP already released but they are not opening the shop and not processing the stock delivery. I could not understand such a luxury feng sui shop selling premium products with high price still asking customers to pay RM10 postage fee for every online order?! By selling so high price they are not willing to absorb the postage fee?! Poor level of service. I thought it should be a ready stock when they sell online, but why it took 1 mth to be send out? What are they been doing and wasting customer time. They should tell the customer in live that this is not ready stock, not until customer made purchase and ask status then only you tell it needs 1mth time to be ready. Master Paw is smart and efficient, but the way your team process the stock order is totally inefficient and poor service.

β β β β β My newly bought Birkenstock slipper got stolen / wrongly wear by another customer who left earlier while placing it outside of the entrance, there should have a shoes rack or anything that can prevent this happen. I heard from the shop staff said this is not the first time.
Thereβs CCTV out there, but not sure will they help me to find out who that fellow is
