Treat customer as the ball, kick here and there, please improve their professional. Especially is the attitude. Really bad

I would like to add that since I change my plan to hotlink prepaid unlimited, the service is horrible. Always call drop, unable to access Internet, slow notification, slow speed, and no coverage. At many attempts call call centre address the issue still no solution. I complain my problem, they are telling their problem that is network issue, seems there is no solution. The company doesn't care about our complains and future my rating is zero. Not recommend any maxis products.
