★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciate if they can update the details about their store at Plaza Low Yat. They stated that the store open at 10 am, but actual time of opening is 11am++ (Plaza Low Yat open at 10.30 am and all the stores starts at 11). Some of the TM staffs also need to learn basic customer services on how to politely tell the customer their store not operates yet even they already open the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEEN CALLING 100 number - but nobody picks up n also there shld be a selection to select under OTHERS!! Been receiving calls fr TM REGDS TO MY UNIFI ACCT - not sure if scam - so that’s why u need to give customers to press O for Other Enquiry so weak paying customers can enquire - WE PAY EVERY. Month- the least TM CAN GIVE CUSTOMER SVS SELECTION FOR OTHER QUERIES N ALSO ANSWER THE PHONES!!!
