★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To my experience Maxis Ctr All Seasons Place is the worst outlet I've ever been to. I literally waited for more than an hour to use the kiosk which would have taken me less than 5 mins and ended up being unable to use. The policy is 3 customers at a time however there was only 2 staffs serving so how can 3 persons be served. From the time I arrived till the time I left they were still serving the same persons. Why can't those wanting to use the kiosk be able to do so? When I called your Customer Service Ctr and informed them of the problem all she had to say was "I'm unable to do anything about it " and suggested that I pay online, which if I could at that point of time I would have. My advice would be to not give suggestions to an angry costumer. Please don't claim to be the No. 1 Telecommunications Network when you're not. Let me make a suggestion instead, why don't the upper management team make surprise random spot checks so that you can see for yourself what is going on. It infuriates me to know that salaries are being paid for improper work. Please do ensure that I receive an explanation from your side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this maxis center on 24/8/21 at 7pm.
It's quite embarrassing for a Telco company to have systems down in their maxis center.
But then, the staff told me to come the next day before 7pm ( they close at 8pm). The reason is the system is ALWAYS DOWN AFTER 7PM.. now u have to wonder which systems is down - human or technical ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely long wait hence only giving 2 stars but FARAH deserves 5 stars as she was very attentively helpful and efficient with handling my case. Attentively answered queries and helped file my case within minutes upon being attended to by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This conglomerate claimed i not fully paid my bill and black listed CTOS. I cleared all my bill and moved out of Maxis on 2015.
This is 2nd incident. The 1st incident happened when i make oversea call. I set my monthly call limit is RM500. But end up my bill is RM1,300. Maxis told because the bill is not real time. It rolled into my 2nd monthly bill, then what is the purpose i set my monthly bill limit.
I did see Maxis continue to slaughter Malaysian money, what they did for Malaysia??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service! They only glad to serve customer to receive payment !! For other needs they will ignore. The line is sucks and the data network was never able to finish every month cause can’t use at all? was trying to switch other telco also they won’t let u that easy! Keep rejecting our request. Was reported many times but they never take action regarding network issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super duper slow service, received my service number for over 40 minutes but the no. forever stuck and never load, only 2 staffs are working, and the bad thing is when I go back to the shop and they serving other new cus. What is the point to implement the ticketing system?
