★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried calling MAXIS 100 several times but couldnt resolve my Fibre installation.
Dropped by the MAXIS center. Excellent service by Travis (MAXIS staff). Worth taking the trouble to drive all the way to Mahkota Parade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month, my father purchased the Samsung S21 Ultra Thin with the 24 months contract in Maxis center. The staff didn't mentioned there are F.O.C accessories like the holder for phone and other accessories by Maxis.
After one month, my father pay phone bill in Maxis dealer shop, the dealer informed my father buying this phone got Free Gift from Maxis. I had called Maxis Call Center, they will investigate for this issue, call center said will let Maxis Mahkota Parade contact my father to explain what is the reason why they didn't mentioned FREE Gift when purchasing this model phone. I hope they will giving a good valid reason, don't try cheating people.
I think Maxis should improve your customer service especially in your own shop.
After 5 days, The Maxis called me and explained to me the FOC accessories, there was giving by samsung for first launch of the product. The new batch do not has the free gift. At least Maxis really investigate and giving the good explanation reason for us.
I had changed to 4 stars rating for Maxis center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the customer service is polite. But the facility is poor, i gotta queue up and wait for very long time. Because there is no counter and seat for us to rest. All we can do is stand and wait for crew finish their job then only they can serve us.

As some things from the webiste were still unclear to me, I went to this shop to ask, but without avail.
It seems Maxis needs to educate their shop assistants better, or maybe they just don't want customers understand their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for SIM card replacement. Transaction was fast (minus the waiting time). Staff who attended to me was quite efficient as well.
The Cust Svc Ctr should prepare more seats (for the elderly) as the waiting time for the Q can be quite long.
