Q for 30min..after tat tell me system down today...why dun tell the ppl who q outside that ur system down?why make everybody q for so long time then tell them system down and nothing u can do?

I already have an iPhone 13 as a company phone. I wanted an iPhone 11 as advertised on maxis' website as a personal phone. Walked into the store, "iPhone 11 ade stock tak?", your sales representative gave me a confused look. She went and got her supervisor, "hi I nak beli iPhone 11 ade tak?". The supervisor gave me a dirty look like as if I said something offensive, "Sini ade iPhone 13 saje", so I asked "iPhone 12 ade?", again another dirty look. "Kite takde jual iPhone 11 atau 12". "So kenape Kat website ade stock?", she literally replied "itu website, Sini store". She asked me for my particulars to take a number to queue and see and representative to discuss a purchase plan. I looked at her and asked "ape yang saya nak beli you takde stock, so you nak I beratur ambik number untuk ape?" the look on her face really spoke volumes of how little thought he put into our exchange. Train your people properly, just because someone comes in dressed in home clothes to buy an older version iPhone does not mean I dont already own an iPhone 13 pro max, a series 7 watch and the latest MacBook Pro. I felt like I was treated as a vagrant coming in looking for a handout. Those dirty looks when I asked for older model iPhones disgusted me. My family has been maxis customers for decades. The supervisor in question, was dressed not in uniform but smart casual wear and walked around with an iPad. I am in the process of registering a enterprise account with Machines/ Switch. Too bad maxis, no iPhone purchases from or members of my team anymore. We work in media sector and upgrade every year. Sekian Terima Kasih

A staff mislead customer(s) I visited this center to re-enroll my Zerolution plan. While checking my eligibility, she told me the system was down and unable to check it for me. She advised me to visit AEON Tebrau branch NEXT DAY as the phone that I wanted still have stock if I walk in (can't visit the same branch as it is closed on Sundays). To my disappointment, the phone DID NOT HAVE STOCK when I went to that branch next day. The staffs there was unaware that they have been told there's stock here. This brings the question: Do this staff that entertains me know what she's doing? Are she trained to lie customers, without even bother to check stock availability on other branches? Extremely disappointing!
