★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction over Maxis despite numerous complaints over the past few monthsfor the bad reception at my residence. With the current MCO, we all are working from home. To communicate with my Co-workers, I have to sit on the road for good reception. We are paying for a nonexistent service and we are being tied up by their so called plan for 2 years that we can't even move out in search of a better service provider.
To top of everything, they entice us with a RM 1 deal and we end up buying a substandard, QAQC failed phone which lasts only for a week. To get this corrected, we have to personally spend our time and money to send it to the Samsung service center. Maxis refuses to take their responsibility and washes their hands off using T&C as their shield. We regret being part of Maxis.
