β β β β β Unable to find my location in their system, ask me to go to Taipan as TM Subang is not direct to TM.. I believe TM Subang Jaya is a TAD same as TM Rawang but TM Rawang is also able to find my location in the system.. not sure whats going on.. but TM Taipan sure solve the issue

β β β β β Yes I hated this establishment. I waited in the car for over an hour a week ago. I was early and the shop was not opened for business yet.
I thought I was lucky to get a paid carpark belonging to them for customers. The staff was coming in to start work. They could see me sitting in my car but they did not approach me to ask my business for waiting. Finally it opened.
I scanned, sanitised and recorded my temperature. Got a number and when it was my turn (I was the first but I still had to wait!), I explained that I wanted to inquire about my Unifi internet service, either to change or terminate the poor service for the big amount I was paying each month.
They checked their computer system and then replied they were only an Agent office and were unable to assist me. They asked me to go to USJ Taipan TMpoint instead!
After wasting my time waiting over 1 hour they tell me they are not the ones to help, that is so frustrating!
They could have made a notice visible to customers informing their non-association service to full fledged TMpoint customers!
