β β β β β just came from maxis setapak jalan genting kelang branch... purpose to collect phone from exclusive offer since i got the offer... the problem is, the PIC (Miki) keep telling to add on others thing that i dont like and i dont need, like add on another number and tempered glass.. She tell that is compulsary... previous year, others branch just offer me the add on, but it is not compulsary.. Really sad with this branch when she said that i can go to other centre if i dont want the add on...
Then i go to Setapak central branch.. all the staff are very helpfull and not forced me to take the add on like jalan genting branch... i recommend this branch to all maxis user...
hopefully all the maxis centre staff are like setapak central branch...
i use maxis more than 16 years... 1st time has bad experiance with this maxis centre jalan genting kelang branch...

β β β β β DO SURVEY A FEW MAXIS BRANCHES BEFORE DECISION MAKING. DON'T FOOLED BY THEIR MISLEADING AND WRONG INFORMATION END UP SPEND MORE MONEY TO SUBSCRIBE UNWANTED PLAN.

First I go apply for maxis fibre and the guy miss out submit form and cause me application been rejected during I follow up and second time it mickey and I feel this time shall be ok however it been rejected again.. third time I been inform by mickey that the stock available and I wait for apply as well however after few days she told me stock unavailable.. how come, I been go three times and each time I been patient wait more than one hours... I not sure this kind of dealer been well training or they just simply do job get commission only....
