★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never use maxis or hotlink product again, their charge do not match with the service. They charged me rm 40++ monthly but provide service of postpaid 30(2gb), it make me feel deived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 months of first engagement, Maxis always cut people's line first rather than sending bill or email the bill to the addresses we filled in forms. They never bother their service level. Many years like that, never change to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, do I need report to mcmc, year ago maxis persuade me to replace modem for home fiber that end up extended my contract, which end up is just replaced an exact same model, while is absolutely waste of money, once contract ended still demand to return all the devices, which I feel cheated, should be free as contract ended, waste my time just for their personal to come collect
But I'm glad I make the switch anyway, never like their services also, feel cheated by unethical maxis

Not going to miss your rubbish service and for the simple fact you guys oversell, over commit and CANNOT deliver a simple product you're putting out there in the market. You're giving more and more data selling exorbitant plans which are ridiculous. Using Maxis..you used hit a brick wall sometimes. in recent times. The brick walls are almost everywhere. Good bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service I ever encountered. The ground staff is as rude as the manager in charge. My friend went to maxis to get a prepaid card. The front line (Indian lady) just don’t know the word of “polite & manners”. She was rude verbally with body language that not interested to do business at all. Luckily I was there and it’s no point to escalate to store manager as she is as rude as her staff. We were there as customers to give them sales even though it’s just small amount of sales but it’s still business right. Is this how they treat their customers? We gave up and went next door to celcom.
