★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow as f. Staffs are rude. They are just tools to sell you plans that you dont need. Whenever you encounter problem, they delay and wont resolve the problem, kept saying we will follow up on this issue and call you back. Always keep customer waiting, waiting for turns for 40 minutes and issue cannot be solve at MAXIS CENTRE! Where else should customer go?? Worst customer service experience ever. Dont use maxis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service experience over the centre. Super long awaiting time, at least an hour above. And there is no display of current queue number. Staffs are inefficient and lack of accountability on their duties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, should work in this part of Maxsis Centle KLCC, must be a skilled and experienced person, why enter the card number in the system, not the same as what is stated in the Hotlink Card .. do not say overlooked !! very troublesome !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went there to register a number an indian girl served us ..we told her we need to active a prepare card then show her what i need like inlimited 4G and domestic call ,she told us that we should pay there rm10 then go to the kiosk for top up ,but looks no pacience after paid her we got top up at self serve zone she just ignored us then we asked for help with the SAMSUNG staff....shame of maxis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service.... I just went back from maxis Center to change my simcard. Just go to kiosks then put in your my card follow the instructions then can get the new simcard????tq so love it.staff so friendly????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liaised with staff name Subithra to register & purchase for Broadband Maxid 4G Wifi. Excellent service, very fast, skilfull and informative. She knows what she’s doing and she is great in handling many customers also. My application was approved in one day and I got the broadband in 2 days where usually it took 3-4 days. Great job Subi and team??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually deserve no star at all. The waiting is absured, 1hour 30min before i was served. There is no display for your turn. Need to ask maxis staff at entrance each time if u want to know how many person before you or when is your turn. I have to stand nearly the whole 1 hour 30min. They should prepare more seating for the waiting customers. The whole experience was stressful.

Please fix the SOP at Maxis KLCC
Service is extremely slow , registration for new hollinks cards take more then 45 mins , even after we got our new sim from celcon beside this outlet for our singapore guest they were still on the guy infront of us. the rude customer service guy in green says this is due to only 1 machine for registration nothing they can do its the management
