★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus driver keep smoking while driving on the road, even thought the Non-Smoking board was just hang inside the bus. At least 5 times tho (smoking in the bus while driving).... Very bad experience for this time. Really hope the company should take note on this, the bus plate no. JES2300

Whole bus reeks of cigarette too, can smell it even with two masks on.
Terrible experience, will never book Mayang Sari!

Hopefully they can understand how desperate of passengers want to go home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time taking bus after so many years. My bus was scheduled at 9:30 am on 30/5/22 from TBS to Larkin JB. The bus arrived at about 9:15 and we left TBS at 9:32. Alhamdulillah. The bus was clean n it was a comfortable journey since the driver was a careful driver n drove within the speed limit.
