We booked online a day in advance, we arrived quite early and they offered to put us on a earlier bus which was great. The seats were very comfy and when we crossed the border into Malaysia the driver made sure everyone was back on the bus. We were heading to melaka city so had to swap buses once we got through customs and the driver showed us where to sit. Then when the bus arrived a representative took us to the bus. It took 5 hours plus border time to get to melaka. Very happy after seeing so many bad reviews. We got there early and were in no rush.

AGAIN AND AGAIN, MANY MINUS STARS FOR STARMART! Here comes the next true story (I already kept quiet on three other occasions!!) about a terrible behavior of another StarMart Express bus captain on 24-May 2019. My experience with this bus company cannot get worse and I really ask the Management for fast improvement. StarMart busses are so nice and comfortable, but this doesn't count if the buses never follow schedule or have drivers .... I don't write what I think! Leaving KLIA 1 at 22:40 instead 22:00. Reaching Melaka Sentral about 1am on the other day, he stopped the bus outside the bus terminal on a busy road at a very dangerous place. The gap between bus and the two 50cm high drainage walls was less 80cm and passengers had to queue to move out of this dangerous gap between bus and drainage wall, and to find a place to cross the drainage walls. I asked why he stop here and he answered me several times f..k off! Guys, if you have the chance to get another bus company, do it, knowing well, that StarMart has the best schedules. But they must follow the schedule. A few weeks ago, when I went to Singapore with my family, two buses were overbooked and I was seated beside the driver.

Useless driver the central can't even contact the driver. The bus is due at 1 online when I reach the central I've been informed that the bus have been rescheduled to 1.45pm. and so I wait it's 2.46pm now and I'm still waiting? Never take starmart bus

My bus to Singapore was delayed so I asked the personal at the boarding area every 15min when it will arrive. They just replied "delayed". The 4th time I asked they told me the bus had already left. So I payed a ticket to wait 45min in the waiting area. I had to pay a new ticket but this time I went with 707 Ekpress. They were on time, confortable, clean and spacious seats. Thank you StarMart Express

I booked online for pickup at Mahkota to KLIA at 4:45am, the first service of the day. I saw the bus approaching the pickup point which i have used a few times before, but the bus just drove pass without stopping despite me waving frantically (I was the only passenger at the roadside). So I rushed to Sentral to catch the same bus. I told the StarMart agent about the bus not stopping, she told the driver who simply gave a shrug with his shoulders. I paid RM10 extra for the Mahkota pickup and my sister had to drive me to Sentral in a rush. Surprisingly the bus was only 7 minutes late in leaving for Klia but I think because it was the first early bus. On previous journeys I took from Malacca to KLIA and to Singapore, they were at least half an hour late. On two previous trips, the drivers were talking loudly non-stop on their mobile phones all the way, another one playing music on his own radio non-stop. If I could find another bus service to KLIA at the desired time, I would have done so, but I had no choice on this trip.

DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS if you need an efficient journey! Took the bus from Singapore to Seremban and it took me more than 6 hours, bus stopped at multiple locations to drop the passengers and the ticket price isnt cheaper than the other bus company also. Worst experience ever, would have give minus stars if there's such option.

Our experience with Starmart was very smooth & we travelled from Singapore to Malacca. The bus arrived on time for departure and started within 20 mins. It took the second link - from Abu bakar Immigration. The bus stopped for 15 minutes at Tuas checkpoint and the bus driver made sure everyone is back in the bus before leaving. The bus then stopped at Abu Bakar Immigration for around 20 mins and everyone was able to complete their immigration in that time and get back to the same bus, which took us to Malacca and we reached around the expected time. We were extremely worried due to all the negative reviews but surprisingly it went really well :)
